Giving Thanks

It’s no secret that Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday–one day each year spent with family and friends, a big homecooked meal, and giving thanks. It’s a reminder every year to express gratitude, something that maybe I don’t do often enough.

I am so very thankful for my family. I have the most supportive husband, who  is celebrating his birthday today! (or pretending he doesn’t want to–because birthdays are for kids). I have two beautiful, kind-hearted children who like to write stories for mama. I have the biggest, dumbest dog who makes my days working from home a little less lonely. My life is so full of love.

I’m thankful for my friends–the ones who know all the dirt and love me anyway, as well as the new friends who I meet every year. You guys give me laughter and love like I don’t even deserve.

I’m thankful for my readers–you make it possible for me to live my dream. How lucky am I? I love writing sexy, funny, full of heart stories for you.

I’m thankful for my continued good health, for the time to write, and for all the many blessings I haven’t counted here.
